- Color-coded wires are laminated to the copper strips so they won’t vibrate loose, plus they make it very easy to install
- Water and dirt are finally controlled. A clear rubber boot (not shown) covers the top of the switch. A filter membrane helps wick water out of the drain holes on the bottom of the switch and keeps the dirt from getting in
