Processing of Orders
Your order will be processed during our Web Sales Department Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST. Credit card payment is the preferred method of payment. Ronnie’s also accepts personal checks, money orders, or bank checks mailed in with your order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the processing of checks. Returns
Aftermarket
All Aftermarket parts ordered will be charged a 20% restocking fee if you cancel or if the parts need to be returned. Any item may be returned within 30 days of receipt date, provided it is in new and unused condition and is in its original packaging. A copy of your original invoice and an RMA number must accompany all returns. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. If we find that a product was shipped in error by us, you will be reimbursed for the return freight.
Microfiche OEM Parts
All OEM microfiche parts ordered will be charged a 20% restocking fee if you cancel the order. Any OEM parts returned to us will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. We can not give credit for any part that has been used. Electrical parts are not returnable. This includes CDI boxes, coils, stators, etc. A copy of your original invoice and an RMA number must accompany all returns. Shipping Policy
All orders will be charged ground shipping using UPS,or the Post Office (*Excludes all oversize packages). Rates online apply to continental U.S. only (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico customers will be notified of exact shipping prices). Some items may be too large for UPS and the U.S. Post Office. These items will have to be shipped Truck Freight and the shipping charges will be higher. You will be notified if any changes in the shipping charges will be needed before we ship those items. Air delivery options are available, but please call for availability and shipping charges. International customers are responsible for all freight charges, customs and duties, and brokerage fees. We are unable to ship any BRP products internationally. |
Backordered Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or by phone.
Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available. |

We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer who has the sole responsibilities for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, or use of its products, and Ronnie's accepts no liability for such damages and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. |

| USED PARTS POLICY:
All parts sold, unless otherwise stated are used parts. Please be aware that the items are not new and to expect some dirt & wear. We sell a high volume of parts and simply cannot spend countless hours polishing and cleaning up parts. If we consider the item useable then the parts will be described as in “Good” or “Great shape”. Our idea of “Great shape” may differ from yours.
Due to the nature of used parts we cannot test the functionality of each and every part.
Please remember that these are USED PARTS; so do not expect to get pristine items.
If you prefer new parts please call us toll free at 1-800-253-7667. We try to be as accurate as we can in the descriptions, but sometimes we miss a blemish or two. If you do receive a part that functionally doesn’t work simply call us for a RMA #.
Due to the volume of parts that we sell please be aware that mistakes can be made. If you receive a part that is described as in “Good Condition” and is broken or unusable, you can return it for a refund of the original purchase price as long as you call for a RMA#. We ask that you ship the item back to us in the original box and send a copy of your receipt. Once we receive and inspect the item we will issue a refund. We cannot take returns on electrical parts; such as a CDI box etc. We will not ship these items unless we know they are in good working condition. We will always do whatever we can to make the situation right, please contact us before leaving feedback.
Many of these parts fit different makes, models and years; we only guarantee that the part will fit the bike that is listed on our site. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check proper fitment for a different bike calling us before purchase is advised. We do not take returns on a good part that simply does not fit a bike different than listed.
We understand that trouble shooting a problem can require different parts be replaced, be we can’t take returns on a part that you put on a bike and simply doesn’t fix your problem. There is no way for us to know if the part is in the same condition as when it left our shop, especially electrical parts. Our company policy is all used parts can be returned within 7 days of receiving the part, no returns on electrical parts.
An RMA is required.
