Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and before you install or use the items.
Ronnie's Mail Order makes every effort to ship each order completely and accurately; however if you find an error with your order or the quality of the product please email us as soon as possible: email@example.com
We do not accept the returns of electrical parts, painted parts, obsolete or vintage parts, decals, literature (manuals) or specially ordered items. All returns must be received within 30 business days from your invoice date. All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Tire & Wheel Policy
We do not accept the return of tires or wheels that have been mounted on a machine. The receipt of mounting by a professional tire outlet must accompany all returns for manufacturer's warranty. We will not accept the return of tires that were not mounted professionally.
Vintage Part/Obsolete parts can not be returned. These parts are sourced specially for you, and your model from other dealers. Be aware these parts can take several weeks to ship as they are being sourced for you only.
Any product returned must be new, unused and in the original packaging that we sent it in, and all hardware must accompany the part returned. Exhausts can not be returned if the pipe has been mounted and/or run on the machine.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns not meeting the OEM's return criteria.
